Oleksiy Taranenko

Director of Development at the Nova group of companies, with more than 18 years at the company. He rose from Chief Operating Officer — responsible for standards development and the rollout of new services — to his current role as Director of Business Development. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program (2018). An expert in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning, he has played an active role in the digital transformation of logistics and the company’s implementation of innovative solutions — from automated sorting terminals to robotics projects.
