Biography

Oleksii Kostenko has contributed significantly to the development of digital law and electronic technologies. He is one of the co-authors of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Trust Services”, which is an important step in the digital transformation of Ukrainian society. He is a co-author of the Encyclopedia of Socio-Humanitarian Informology, Volumes I and II. His works not only help to understand the essence of electronic technologies, but also create a theoretical basis for the further development of this field.

Oleksiy Volodymyrovych is the author of the Metaverse theory and model of electronic jurisdiction and the Metaverse Codes. He believes that electronic jurisdiction and justice are key elements of electronic social relations in the Metaverse. According to the proposed theory, the legal regulation of social relations in the Metaverse requires the development of a comprehensive electronic jurisdiction based on the latest basic legislation – the Grand Charter of Laws Metaverse (GLM).

Oleksii Volodymyrovych’s research interests cover a wide range of areas, including the formation of electronic jurisdiction, the use of Metaverse technologies (AR, VR, XR, AI, ASI, IDM), cryptography, identity management, biometric identification, the use of IoT devices, digital decentralization, digital administrative services, digital currencies, etc.
