Joanna Wińska

Dr Joanna Wińska, an assistant professor at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus, Toruń, Poland, brings over 30 years of academic expertise. Specializing in Business English, Academic Writing and Research Methods, she also leads lectures on Process Management. Holding a Master’s in English Philology and a PhD in Management, her interdisciplinary approach enriches her teaching. Recently involved in the YUFE alliance comprising 10 European universities, responsible for Lifelong Learning and Languages. Her research delves into Organizational Behaviour, Positive Internal Communication, and Organizational Culture, driving various projects. With 34 supervised theses in Management, she nurtures future scholars.
