IRYNA ANDRIUSHCHENKO

Management from Kyiv National Economic University School of Business. Previously, she was a Chief Development Officer at StarLight Media. During her tenure, Handy.ai expanded to European, North American, and Canadian markets, entering the DMZ accelerator. Iryna has also partnered with the University of Waterloo, involving students in the evolution of the Handy.AI platform. With almost 30 years of practical business experience, Iryna has also become a program ambassador and a mentor for Ukrainian start-ups at the Female Founders Fundraising Academy by Huge Thing and a jury member of the EFFIE Awards Ukraine. She is a finalist at the 6th Annual Women in Data Science Conference in Toronto and the DMZ Women Innovation Summit. In 2020, Ukrainian business media ‘Vlast Deneg’ recognized Iryna among 25 of Ukraine’s most successful female business leaders.
