IHOR LYUTYY

Professor Ihor Lyutyyis the author of more than 150 scientific and about 24 educational and methodical works, including 3 monographs, 7 textbooks and manuals. 5 doctoral and 34 candidate’s of science dissertations were defended under his supervision.

Professor Ihor Lyutyyis the supervisor of international projects under grant agreements “Norwegian-Ukrainian cooperation in Public Sector Economy Education: Accounting, Budgeting and Finance” (2016-2019) and with the Volkswagen Foundation: “Technology transfer in post-socialist economies”to implement the grant between the University of Mannheim (Germany) and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2016 – 2018).

Scientific developments and practical proposals of prof. IhorLyutyyare reflected in a number of important programs for the economy of Ukraine, such bills as: “On Banks and Banking” and “On Public Debt”; draft Laws “On the State Budget”, proposals to improve budget legislation; materials of the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
