Biography

Bohdan Zasadnyi, ScD Economics, Associate Professor, has been working as the Head of the Department of Accounting and Audit at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv since 2019.

Mr Zasadnyi conducts research on the problems of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises in the context of IFRS, the peculiarities of adapting the accounting and reporting system to IFRS requirements, improving the methodology of assessing the impact of IFRS implementation on the financial conditions of enterprises, as well as determining the prospects of the development of the national accounting and reporting system in the context of European integration processes.

In 2014–2022, Bohdan Zasadnyi was a member of the delegation of representatives of Ukrainian higher education institutions in the project “Strengthening Auditing and Reporting in Countries of the Eastern Partnership” by the World Bank Centre for Financial Reporting Reform.
