Head of R&D, The Ukrainian Startup Fund

As a member of the USF, she is in charge of a strategy for the of innovation education and corporate innovations development in Ukraine.
Her main goal is to help students create new start-ups during their studies at the university and commercialise their research and development.
As part of the corporate innovation programme, the Fund helps startups with establishing partnerships with major market players and gaining access to new markets and customers.
She successfully launched the Innovative Education Programme, under which the Fund signed a memorandum with 84 universities across the country, and a 20-week comprehensive acceleration programme for scientists in partnership with Berkeley Haas Entrepreneurship.
