Problems and Prospects of Management of Post-War Development of Ukrainian Enterprises

The section aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to reflect on the new managerial reality in which Ukrainian enterprises are rebuilding their operations after the war. The discussion focuses on the relocation and restoration of production facilities, crisis-response and adaptive strategies, the recovery of human capital, access to financial resources, and the integration of business into the European economic space. Participants seek to outline realistic development scenarios for enterprises and to propose managerial tools that work under conditions of uncertainty.
