Biography

  • Lidia Pashchuk is a Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Lidia Pashchuk focuses her research on the problems of entrepreneurial ecosystems, the development of small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine, project management and human resource management. She successfully combines effective scientific work with 15 years of work experience in international and domestic companies as a marketer, project manager and business consultant with a wide range of competencies, including business strategy and innovation development.Lidia Pashchuk is the founder of the all-Ukrainian educational project ‘School of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship’, which has been successfully operating since 2016 and supports the development of the entrepreneurial environment in Ukraine. She was actively involved in advising international organizations (UNDP, USAID, World Bank), and in 2020-2021 she headed the K.FUND Fund. She is the author of more than 70 scientific publications, including the book “Ukrainian Dream. I am an Entrepreneur”, which was nominated for the Business Development Book of the Year.
