Darya Legeza
Biography
Daria Legeza is a Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Marketing Department and Vice-Rector of Science and Educational Work and International Affairs at Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University. Darya Legeza has devoted more than 20 years of her research and teaching career to topical issues of economic development, business management and the formation of the agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness. She was Chief Economist of the Agro-Tavria Information and Consulting Centre and Director of the Research Institute of the Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of Southern Ukraine. Under the scientific supervision of Darya Legeza, 2 PhD theses were defended. She is actively involved in international projects, in particular, she participated in the Ukrainian Horticulture Business Development Project (UHBDP), funded by the Department of International Affairs of Canada, the International Course ‘Information Support for Women’s Entrepreneurship’ under the MASHAV programme (Israel).
Head of the scientific and technical programme ‘Marketing Strategy of Agricultural Enterprises Development’ (0116U002738), expert on accreditation of educational programmes in Marketing, Management and Economics at the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, coordinator of the Erasmus+ project ‘Digitalisation of economic as an element of sustainable development of Ukraine’.
