Paradigmatic Shifts of the Economic Theory in the 21st Century

The research session “Paradigmatic Shifts of the Economic Theory in the 21st Century”, aims to encourage and consolidate the scientific efforts of researchers and practitioners for the creative comprehension, discussion, and solution of the urgent conceptual-methodological, scientific, and practical problems of the functioning and development of the national economy during the period of martial law and its post-war modernization and recovery.

Presenters and participants in the research session are encouraged to highlight fundamental economic-theoretical issues in the justification and implementation of the national strategy for the economic development of Ukraine, ensuring the stability of the national economy, preserving, restoring, and increasing the socio-economic potential of the country.

The aspects that might be covered include the following interrelated fields:

  • conceptual and methodological principles of the strategic vision of social and economic modernization of Ukraine
  • macro- and microeconomic aspects of ensuring the stability of the economy in the conditions of martial law and post-war development;
  • structural and innovative technological foundations of the economic development of Ukraine: problems and priorities of practical implementation;
  • effective behavioral models of business entities in conditions of economic uncertainty and permanent local and global challenges;
  • design of the institutional structure and institutional changes of the national socio-economic system;
  • modernization of the state’s socio-economic policy as a strategic challenge and choice.

Leading scholars, academic and teaching staff, as well as graduate students from classical universities, higher education institutions in Ukraine, academic research institutions, representatives of legislative and executive authorities, businesses, and organizations are invited to participate in the research session.
