Today’s multi-vector challenges caused by the full-scale invasion of the aggressor, combined with the opportunities that open up in the context of the dynamic development of the post-industrial economy and network society, as well as Ukraine’s prospects within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Fifth Technological Order, require the formation of an effective model of post-war economic recovery with appropriate development and application of practical management tools.
Reconstruction of the country’s infrastructure after large-scale destruction and overcoming the crisis of many enterprises, the need to restore and modernize housing, increase energy independence and diversify energy sources, ensure financial stability, active rehabilitation of victims of armed conflict, development of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, expansion of European integration processes – this is only a part of the priority tasks of post-war reconstruction that will be faced by modern management, the diversity of which is actualized by the search for ways to overcome existing threats and research into the possibilities of further successful development of the country.
The proposed research section aims to involve leading scientists and practitioners in discussing and solving organizational management problems in forming and realizing the potential of the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy.
