Data Science and intelligence systems: applications in economy and finance

May 23, 10:00 a.m, room Genesis (225/2)

Extremely rapid growth of data, the development of methods for their collection, storage and processing have led to new opportunities in economic activity and business development. Their implementation is largely based on the use of approaches to data mining and artificial intelligence. This is the direction we seek to discuss at the conference in a coupling of theoretical developments and practice of application in economic problems. Together with the speakers of the conference we will discuss:

  • What are the conceptual foundations of modeling with Big Data, ML and AI?
  • How to effectively apply data mining models in real business cases? Can all data be properly collected and used in models?
  • Data Scientists Education: how to create a balanced educational program?
