Biography

Mr Zhalilo graduated from the Faculty of Economics in 1993. A leading expert in macroeconomics, economic policy and regional development, he has more than 30 years of experience in advising on economic policy for the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the National Security and Defence Council, government agencies and public associations.

He is the author (co-author) of 21 monographs, more than 60 published analytical reports, more than 50 scientific articles and more than 100 articles in the media on macroeconomics, business development, economic, regional and local development policy.
