LUIGI DI SANTO

Luigi Di Santo is a Professor of Philosophy of Law in the Department of Economics and Law at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, where he is Academic Senator and President of the three-year degree Course in Legal Services (L-14). He is Scientific Director of the Departmental Laboratory of Hermeneutics of Legal Temporality, Editor-in-Chief of the journal of Philosophy of Law ‘Democrazia e Diritti Sociali’, member of the Board of the International Jacques Maritain Institute – Rome, and Scientific Director of the ‘Scuola Nazionale di Formazione Socio-Politica Giorgio La Pira’. He is the author of numerous publications, including in particular Per un’ermeneutica dei diritti sociali.
