Sergiy Nikolaychuk

PhD in Economics, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. He is in charge of monetary policy and economic analysis, statistics and reporting, financial stability, European integration, and the methodology for regulating non-bank financial institutions. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2019-2020, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine, and worked as Head of Macroeconomic Research Department at ICU Group. He is a lecturer at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a research associate at the Kyiv School of Economics.
