ANDREY GAIDUTSKY

Andriy Gaidutskiy is a ScD in Economics, an independent member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Cominbank”, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Directors of Persona Patman, a legal and recruitment company. 

Macroeconomist, banker, expert on international capital markets and attracting migrant remittances. He has advised the UN, the Asian Development Bank, the National Bank of Moldova, USAID and GIZ on attracting migrant financial resources and developing financial and banking products for the diaspora.

Andriy Gaidutskiy has held senior positions in the banking system, including Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration.
