Natalia HORSHKOVA

Natalia Horshkova, PhD, Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and Macroeconomic Forecasting at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, expert in strategic planning, monitoring and assessment of the impact of the implementation of economic policy decisions on the development of the economy, macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. In her role, she oversees the department’s activities in the following key areas:

– analysis of the conditions and trends of the economic and social development of Ukraine;

– monitoring the implementation of strategic program documents of the economic and social development of Ukraine, ensuring coordination of the work of executive authorities on the strategic planning of social and economic development, including issues of achieving the goals of sustainable development;

– development of the structure of program documents for economic and social development, ensuring the implementation of modern methodological approaches to the drafting and monitoring of strategic program documents;

– implementation of the forecasting of the economic and social development of Ukraine, improvement of the macroeconomic analysis and forecasting methodology and state strategic planning legislation;

– preparation of proposals to strengthen macroeconomic stability and economic security of the state, unshadowing of the economy, etc.
