Biography

The main field of scientific interest is the study of corporate governance’s influence on the enterprise’s competitive behaviour. Oleksandr Tsaruk uses the mechanisms of behavioural agents to determine the impact of executive compensation on the competitive behaviour of enterprises. At the same time, he is working on a project that adapts the expectancy-valence model to study the competitive interaction between long-term competitors. Research interests are also focused on research methods, particularly the study of model selection bias (a US patent was obtained based on the results of this research).
