Oleksandr Tsaruk – graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, CSs in Economic, MBA in Innovation Management, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, Advisor to the Committee on Informatization and Communications of the Ukrainian parliament, representative of Ukraine to the Governmental Advisory Committee of the Internet Corporation for Assigning Names and Numbers (GAC ICANN). Research interests: Internet Governance, digitalization of the economy, Industry 4.0.
