Business Development in Conditions of Post-War Recovery: Challenges and Opportunities

The round table is dedicated to discussing pathways for the development of Ukrainian business amid today’s critical challenges and the post-war recovery of the economy. The event aims to bring together researchers, government representatives, and the business community to exchange experience on adapting enterprises to new economic realities and systemic risks. The discussion focuses on strategies for preserving and restoring the operational activity of enterprises, attracting investment and credit resources (including through state support programs), the relocation and reconstruction of production facilities, and overcoming the acute shortage of human capital. Particular attention will be paid to accelerating the digital transformation of business as a key factor in its adaptability, the introduction of innovative technologies, the digitalization of business processes, and opportunities for integrating Ukrainian entrepreneurship into the European economic space. Participants of the round table seek to develop practical recommendations for enhancing the resilience and competitiveness of business during the period of post-war economic transformation.
