Public policy expert in Ukraine with 10+ co-authored policy documents and analytical reports, 30+ analytical articles and 20+ TV and radio appearances focused on improving the business climate and investment attractiveness, deregulation and creating free markets.

Dmytro’s professional competencies include the development of strategies and their implementation; consultations on issues of state policy on improving the business climate and structural reforms; comprehensive analysis and identification of regulatory barriers that prevent the creation of free markets.

Currently, he is actively involved in the justification of international aid programs for Ukraine, and also manages the project to assess the effectiveness of Ukraine’s accession to the EU. He was involved as a coordinator in the development of the national Ukrainian economic strategy.
