Nataliia Dziuba

Nataliia Dziuba is a business consultant with more than 20 years of experience in human resources management. Throughout her career, she has earned a number of prestigious certifications, including CIPD, DipHRA, ECF, and ACPM. As CEO of Booster&Development, Nataliia Dziuba focuses on business development. She is also the founder of the HRM-BA International Academy for HR Executives, where she actively develops and improves management training programs, including ECF, IAPBE, and ACPM. Nataliia Dziuba is a presenter and co-founder of the project “Open Dialogues on HUMAN CAPITAL”, a lecturer on sustainable human resources development and their impact on business development at the Higher School of Economics and Business, a co-founder of the PEACH Academy and the Academy of Career Consulting, which provide accreditation of ACPM programs (UK).
