OLGA BEZPALKO

Olga has 14 years of experience in social project management and human resources (HR). With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Olga and her team organized the evacuation of railway employees and their families from the eastern regions. They developed routes for moving people and housing them in the company’s infrastructural facilities.

She introduced a system of assistance to employees who were affected by the military operations.

Olga reformed the award system to recognize the heroic deeds of railway workers and their contribution to Ukraine’s victory.

She has initiated and led one of the largest programs in the company “Inclusive Railways” which includes projects on barrier-free access, veterans’ return to work, railway workers’ psychological support and rehabilitation.

Apart from her main activity in business structures, for the last 9 years, she has been dealing with issues of inclusiveness and accessibility for people with disabilities. She has been a member of the Board of the “Open Hearts” Association for the Protection and Assistance of People with Disabilities, a founder of youth NGOs and the head of an All-Ukrainian Movement political party.

She is an active public leader.
