David Gilgur

David Gilgur is a founder, managing director of the Vimes Consulting. David had been working in the British division of Bloomberg for more than 6 years, where he was responsible for cooperation with the world’s largest financial corporations and macroeconomic analysis of the CIS and Eastern Europe region. Gained experience and business connections inspired him to create Vimes Consulting and to develop business relations between Ukraine and the UK.
Mr Gilgur graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, where he received a master’s degree in finance and economics.
David used to be a speaker of many major business events, including the Kyiv International Economic Forum, World Trade Summit in London, Made in Ukraine Tech Startup, discussions organized by the Ukrainian-British City Club and others.
